Beautiful pics of Tamara Day and Sarah Stiles feet & legs
My child played around in a playpen while I worked 12-hour days in sanding floors and taking down the wallpaper. Ha! It was all falling into place, however we were nowhere near done. It would take an enormous amount of effort as well as my favourite brands of furniture interiors to decorate this place. To stay on budget I started going to estate sales along with my three boys searching for jewels in the rough. It was a weekly tradition that we would walk through estate and garage sales on Saturdays and Thursdays, purchasing a mix of antique and brand new furniture. I then spent the rest of my time painting and sanding on our front lawn. My passion for furniture restoration began when I saw a style similar to this. After our home was finished, I didn't want to quit! I rented a booth in the market at my local location and sold pieces there. In the end, I was stuffed with too numerous pieces of furniture to fit into the room available. At home, I started hosting open houses where more than 1,000 people were able to come in to purchase anything they wanted on the first floor in just one weekend. Growing Days was created in the home. My company was flourishing and my family was also growing. Being a new mom, I found the right balance to both start my own business and also become a great mother. Growing Days fit perfectly. Nora, my 4th kid was born in the year 2013. Although I was happy with the direction my business took, I felt like I had to take some time off. I made the decision to take a break and stay at home, with my children. It was time. But after a short time I began to hear my phone ringing. The people who called me were asking for help with the interior decoration and renovations. The majority of them were people who had been through my property during furniture open houses! I started taking on some clients at a time taking my time but it didn't take for long to have numerous accounts and had an entire home improvement business. It is likely that I would have been laughing if somebody had informed me that my venture was going to be the premise of an upcoming TV show in the DIY Network. Even now, when I reflect on the situation and think about it, I laugh.
