Allison Brooks Janney (born April 14th in 1970) is an American actor. The American actress is well-known for her roles on both the stage and on screen. Allison Janney rose to fame after nearly twenty years performing on stage in regional areas. The role she played in the role of White House press secretary C.J. was a huge success. Gregg in the wildly popular and critically acclaimed TV drama The West Wing (NBC 1999-2006). Allison Janney was always a late to the party. She took a whole year more than her Ohio classmates to earn a driving license. When she finished her university degree the first time she went out on a date did not happen. Although she started auditioning in the age of 23, Faris did not begin appearing on screen until she was in the age of 30.
