Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible partner JP, and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry are also part of our family. The majority of people know me through my Instagram @annephung where I share my daily life, highs, lows, and everything inbetween. My parents took me to America in 1990, when I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my story with you today if my parents didn't work to the max and sacrifice. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. My goal was to attend school in order to finish my studies and secure a good job. After that, I was looking for a wife and kids. I thought that was the definition of success. However, but life was not so sure to teach me the meaning of success. The money and the status of my job didn't make me feel happy. I felt as if I had wasted my time for an income. While I moved toward a new direction in my life, I realized that I was a personal trainer and what I wanted to do. I am a lover for exercise, enjoy being with people and help them. In 2014, I started my own small business which will mark 7 years since my birthday in 2021. In the field of coaching there is a lack of Asian females. As coach, my mission is to motivate others to live a healthier and fulfilled life through creating sustainable lifestyles that cater to the individual's goals and needs. Additionally, I'm committed to empowering others so they can achieve their goals, follow their interests and lead the life you've always wanted to live. While my professional life began to take off, I suffered one of the biggest losses in my life to datethat of losing my mom. To be in Heaven she now rests after an 8-year battle against the disease known as Scleroderma. But I still carry my Mom with me and dream about her each day. We can learn a lot from life, even though we might not be able to recognize it right now. My mother's abrupt death that altered my life for the better. In my opinion, that it provided me with a chance to experience the next stage of my life. She died on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to enter her next life. I was given a second chance at living the life of a fulfilled and happy. In my 30's I'm alive and alert. of the fact like I'm living my life today instead of merely surviving as I did in the past. My intention in sharing my experience is to inform you that, you are not the only one. I hope that you feel that love is real and that a therapy session can be common. Your health is truly your greatest asset. I hope that you enjoy the life you want to live and that you die without regrets because death is the only thing that is promised to us in our life.
